This deal serves two purposes for me. I get more control of OAK RP situation and a good RP to replace Parnell. I also have completely rehabbed my MiLB roster after the all the rule changes pertaining to replacing and retention of players. I lose a bit immediately but I feel I gain a player in Heaney who could be very dominant and a player I am high on in Kingham. Maybe giving me one of the deepest MiLB SP staffs with Gausman, Heaney, Wisler, Kingham, Biddle, and Nelson. My team is off to a rocky start but I feel my SP future is very bright.

This trade gives me a good SP who is just entering his prime. He is off to a poor start this season, but I feel like he can straighten it out and be effective the rest of the way. I hate to give up the two pitching prospects, as I am high on both of them, but I was looking to make a deal that would bring me an impact player for this season.

Nice of you to explain your thinking but as far as I'm concerned you can do whatever you want.
That's an "aye" vote from me.

I think we need to give our reasoning on all deals before approved. Agreed upon way back when during the draft. That may have changed though, due to new leadership of the league. I am sure one of the 'Big 3' will clarify, if we still need to provide our thoughts on each trade.

Me personally, I like the idea of explaining a trade because it gives insight on why. I approve the trade and I wish you both luck in the future. I'm not too certain if we still need two admins for approval but I'll mention this to Suz and Daniel. Take care guys, Stuart

Do only admins vote or everyone?
I think the trade in OK and would approve.

I'm not 100% sure at the moment. I believe the league gets a voice on all trades but the admins seem to have the yes or no power. At least that's how it is in Yahoo. I just allowed a trade between Mark and me this morning because it was pending for about three days.

Are we good to move the MLB players via yahoo trade?

Sure, go ahead. Moving forward it looks like we will no longer need a two admin approval for trades in Yahoo or here in PB's. We're thinking since we are all grownups here with each other's better interests then we'll simply post the agreed upon trades with a 24 hour window so people can state their case if they feel a trade is uneven. I'm sure in the next few days this idea will be discussed but for now no admin approval.
